It was a forgone conclusion but Orly's latest and greatest has been DENIED.

Orly Taitz, the yet to be disbarred "attorney", has compared herself to many people of importance in her rants at her blog. Her latest really takes the cake. She has now compared herself to George Washington simply because she has spent her Christmas time harrassing court clerks and sending out invalid subpoenas.

She made this "Press Release" yesterday and the title is so long that it may not fit in this blog post but I'll use it anyway.

On Christmas day 1776 George Washington crossed the Delaware river and led the Continental army towards victory, which was the most precious Christmas gift ever given to the people of this nation. On Christmas day 2012 I am leading the battle with subpoenas to remove the foreign national, a citizen of Indonesia Barack Hussein Obama, a criminal with forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number out of the White House and bring back the freedoms which were won with blood and tears!!!

I am positive that Orly had this picture in her mind as she typed this "press release". The only difference was that she pictured herself in George Washington's place.

 

 

 

Those of you that support Orly Taitz please take a hint. She will never succeed in her Sisyphean quest because the courts can't decide what she wants decided. Sooner or later the courts are going to tire of Orly's antics and shut her down. Until that day, she will continue to keep us amused with her idiocy.

This is the future for Orly Taitz as she continues to file frivolous lawsuits throughout the country. It is apparent that the State of Mississippi isn't going to put up with her non-sense. She's practicing law without a license there. Same with Indiana. I predict that she will be having to ask her supporters to pay for her upcoming sanctions and maybe it is time she had to spend some time behind bars. After all, she is a 'political dissident' as she is always claiming in every batshit crazy lawsuit she files.

A Pyrrhic victory (/ˈpɪrɪk/) is a victory with such a devastating cost to the victor that it carries the implication that another such victory will ultimately cause defeat.



As Orly Taitz, the yet to be disbarred and completely incompetent attorney, plods on in her Sisyphean quest to prove that President Obama isn't the legitimate president, it made me think of  King Pyrrhus of Epirus. King Pyrrhus had a victory against the Roman army. But the victory came at such a great loss that there was a question as to if the battle should have ever been fought at all.

Can Orly Taitz ever learn anything from her continuous streak of losses? I think not...

What is more likely is that a new term will be defined. I predict that an Orly Defeat will become the standard term to use when there's never any hope for a victory.

At this time, there is nothing to prove that Orly Taitz has been disbarred. And there's nothing to prove that she has not been disbarred. The question I have is this. If Orly Taitz has not been disbarred, why is she filing each of her cases pro se? (Actually, I know why she files her cases pro se. She's not able to get licensed to practice law in any other state than California with the law degree she got out of a Cracker Jack box and no attorney is willing to vouch for her so she can plead her cases pro hac vice elsewhere.)

Orly Taitz is always claiming that there is great public interest in President Obama's birth certificate. There is also proof that there is great public interest in Orly Taitz being disbarred. Where's the proof? The proof comes from the statistics of this blog.

Has Orly Taitz been disbarred and if she has why has she not admitted to being disbarred? Inquiring minds would like to know.

Orly Taitz Disbarred and Crash Landing in Hawaii

As was predicted, Orly Taitz and her 'experts' were denied access to the holy grail yesterday when she crash landed in Hawaii. At this point, Orly and her minions believe that a hearing scheduled for September, 14th 2011 to compel the HDOH will allow Orly to overcome that hurdle and finally allow her to prove, once and for all, that the birth certificate is a cheap forgery. It is unfortunate that people will continue to send her money and she will continue to dupe them into doing so. Once the judge gets up to speed on everything happening in the birferverse, the motion will be denied. It is even likely that Judge Lamberth will dismiss her case in the DC court prior to her hearing and that will make that motion moot.

Once again, the side show freak that is not a carnival barker has failed. Birfer tears will flow and Obots throughout the land will continue to laugh at their failures.

The only question remains is when will Orly Taitz be disbarred? Maybe never but she will eventually fade into obscurity and use her law license to defend herself against the numerous lawsuits against her for shoddy dental work. That's why she got her law license in the first place...

Orly Taitz Disbarred and Judge Lamberth's New Book

After having to deal with Orly Taitz on two different law suits, Judge Lamberth is now coming out with a new book titled Orly & Me - Life and Law With The World's Worst Attorney.

In a short telephone interview, Judge Lamberth said "this book will be about the irritating and unforgettable story of an attorney that didn't know the law and the wonderously stupid person who taught him what really matters in law". 

The book is expected to go on sale shortly. Watch for it at book stores near you.

Part of the 'birther civil war', these sanctions are justified against Orly for failing to follow the court's rules as usual. Hey, California Bar! Why don't you just take this moron's license to practice law away? Orly Taitz needs to be disbarred. Disbar Orly Taitz today!

The sanctions were imposed yesterday (7.21.2011) and Orly has 14 days to pay up. Please let her be even more stupid and appeal the sanctions. She should appeal them all the way up to the United States Supreme Court and I wouldn't put it past her.

Orly Taitz Disbarred and Why She Always Fails

Orly has filed a Motion to Compel that I am sure those who are loyally licking her lilly white ass think is a master piece that will, without a doubt, provide her access to the LFBC that she's so obsessed with. I would compare her obsession with that of the character of Balbricker's, in the movie Porky's, desire to have a penis line up to identify the penis that came through the hole in the shower.

Yes, Orly, we are all laughing at you too...

There's no need to read through the motion because none of it has an legal basis. What is remarkable is that she includes photos of a t-shirt that is being sold as an exhibit. That and statements from people who claim to be experts even though no court has ever detemined these people to be experts.

So, the side show freak (she's not a carnival barker) is going to fail again. The birth certificate has nothing to do with a Social Security Number that she claims President Obama 'stole' at the ripe age of 15 when he first went to work. At least Orly Taitz can always blame her total failure on corrupt judges and the people who are stupid enough to send her money will believe her.

Act 1 - Oily Titz scratches out her demands on a form entitled "subpoena", signs and dates said form and sends it off to the HA DOH. She then scans a copy of said document (how many layers were contained in the scan is still being debated) and posts a copy on her malware infested site.

Act 2 - Birfoons rejoice since the doors to the BC vault will finally be thrown open and their vaunted forensic experts will be allowed to verify what they already know - Obama's BC MUST be a forgery! The Birfoon parade comes to a close as Tacky yells "show me your tatas!" and Skid happily complies.(this sight causes the audience to flee the theater in search of beverages to help wash the image from their mind - impromptu intermission)

Act 3 -(dim the statge lights)- narrator informs the audience that Oily's magic "subpoena" is worthless and unenforceable. Birfoons react angrily and shout down the narrator since Oily told them she had a subpeona and they KNOW that DOH must comply or face a firing squad. BD - being especially clueless yells "who signed it". The rest of the audience responds "Orly". This back and forth chant continues for several days.

Act 4 -(scene - HA AG's Office)- a short letter is composed and mailed back to Oily informing her that because she failed to follow proper legal procedures, her "subpoena" is worthless. The AG also points out to her that the information she is requesting is protected by privacy laws.

Act 5 - Another Birfistan parade. Although they could not comprehend the first part of the AG's letter about failing to follow the rules, the Birfoons are up in arms over the "privacy law" portion of the letter. Drum circles are formed and 75 year old blended scotch is passed around.

Act 6 - After lurking on several websites, Oily realizes that the "educated ones" are correct and her first "subpoena attempt" is going nowhere. She latches on to one (of the many) errors that was pointed out to her and requests that a clerk in Hawaii provide a subpoena form and has the document delivered by a process server in Hawaii. Oily posts a scan (containing several layers) of the latest "subpoena" on her website and declares that this one is "court ordered".

Act 7 - Joy in Birfistan. The Hamm's Light flows freely.

Act 8 - back to the narrator - "sory folks - still no court order, no Judge's signature, no validity". The Birfoons react by rioting in the streets. They KNOW that there was a Court order because Oily TOLD THEM SO!

Many communities have what they call village idiots. That one person that wanders around aimlessly without a clue. The United States has a village idiot by the name of Orly Taitz, a sideshow freak and not a carnival barker.

Right now, she's giving interviews explaining a process she doesn't even have a clue about. She thinks she was given discovery in her FOIA Taitz v Astrue. What she had was standing to appeal the denial part of the case. She didn't do it and now she's going to lose.

What Taitz looks for day in and day out is that high she gets when she thinks she's winning and all of her fans oogle all over her lack legal genius. It's kind of like that march through DC with the Tea Party people. There's a video of it where she's got papers from Judge Carter that don't say what she thinks they say. We will always remember these words that came from her mouth. "We can have Obama out in 30 days!" Well, that was back in 2009. Birfer math must be calculated differently.

Orly Taitz is a sideshow freak and not a carnival barker. Please petition to have this idiot disbarred. She is an embarrassment to those attorneys that are in good standing with the courts.

When will people that follow her learn that she is making no progress other than to make sure she goes down as the worst attorney in the entire world.

More people are interested in the subpoena than her disbarment. If anyone is thinking Orly is actually making any progress, they're wrong. Orly won't be going to Hawaii for her deposition on the 8th of August - that is unless the HDOH ignores her subpoena and doesn't respond. Then, she might show up to their offices but nothing will happen. Something tells me that the person that read the subpoena rolled their eyes and called their legal department. Legal will handle this because Orly just doesn't have any right to view or examine the orginal birth certificate for President Obama.

What we have here is failure to communicate. What does a freedom of information act law suit regarding social security numbers have to do with the original birth certificate of President Obama's?  The answer is nothing.

You can rest assured, even though Birfers are breaking out the bubbly and high fiving each other, that the subpoena that Orly has sent to the Hawaii Department of Health is worth about as much as Orly Taitz dental services in her 'dental chair o' luv' (wink wink, Charlie Lincoln). They will either ignore it or the Attorney General in Hawaii will send her another letter stating what the last one said or asking her what was it she didn't understand in the first letter.
