Orly Taitz Advocates the Kidnapping of Children

Orly Taitz is supposed to be an attorney and she is giving advice to her followers and supporters that they should kidnap children that can't speak English and take them to the Mexican border.

This is quite a huge problem to give such bad legal advice. Children here in American do not carry identification with them, as far as I know. And there are many children that can't speak English even though they are citizens and are here legally. So this advice would seem to be illegal.

Is there a California Bar? This woman isn't qualified to be an attorney.

Orly Taitz Disbarred - This is for posterity

As was reported in the last blog entry, Orly Taitz declined to join in on a telephonic hearing schedule for the 14th of this month (January 14th, 2014). The hearing is for her Mississippi ballot challenge and RICO lawsuit. She informed the court that she will be out of town from the 9th through the 19th.

So now, the court has graciously rescheduled the hearing for the 22nd and has Orly Taitz responded as to if this date is acceptable? No. She remains silent on her blog. 

This is one of her prize possessions. It's her "baby" that she has been "carefully" feeding since 2012. At one point, she even asked her supporters to call the court to find out when the judge would be releasing his opinion. And now? Here Judge Wingate is ready to give his opinion and he wants to discuss the various pending motions in the case and Orly Taitz is not even writing about this on her own blog.

So, it is apparent she knows what is going to happen and she thinks she can put off the inevitable.  What is Orly Taitz so afraid of? Why does she not want her supporters to know that the court has come to a decision in this case of "national importance and security"?

It's too bad that her minions don't do a Google search on her name and are totally in the dark about her not letting them know that she is afraid of the court's decision in these matters.

Orly Taitz Disbarred is Blowing Off a Hearing in Mississippi

Yesterday, Judge Wingate who is presiding over Orly Taitz's ballot challenge and RICO lawsuit in Mississippi sent out this email to all parties involved in the case (with the exception of Orly's co-plaintiffs).

According to Orly Taitz, this case is of the utmost importance of National Security. How did she RSVP? She replied to the court that she will be out of the country from the 9th to the 19th of this month and will not be able to join in.

Of course, it is a foregone conclusion that Orly Taitz has lost this case. There hasn't be any activity in it since Judge Wingate notified all parties he would be releasing his decision earlier last year. The last motions to be filed were sometime in January of last year.

It's hard to believe that Orly is unable to attend this teleconference as we all know if she were to be asked to be on any type of show that she would most certainly make herself available during this time.

So, why does she not want to participate? Speculation here but most likely it is because she knows the defense has asked for and will submit a request for sanctions under rule U.S.C. § 1927 and that this time around it's going to cost her a lot more than the $20,000 she was sanctioned under rule 11 in Judge Land's court room. 

There is also the possibility that she will have other troubles as it is was made evident during the numerous motions that to get past the requirement for being admitted to the court as an attorney pro hac vice, that Orly had an agreement with her co-plaintiffs in this case that when she was granted pro hac vice, she would act as their attorney and if not, she was a co-plaintiff. Taking into consideration some of the correspondence from one of her co-plaintiffs in this case, it is clear that she was under the impression that Orly Taitz was representing her in this matter - something that Orly is NOT allowed to do.

Anyway, it is curious to say the least that Orly Taitz has not posted anything whatsoever about this upcoming hearing where Judge Wingate will be releasing his final opinion on the various motions pending before the court. Why is Orly Taitz blowing off the most important lawsuit in the history of this country? Could it be because she knows sanctions are coming?  The judge did explain that she was multiplying the proceedings unnecessarily and gave her a chance to dismiss her frivolous lawsuit. And it is possible that other actions will be made to finally stop Orly's constant abuse of our courts ie - Orly Taitz being declared a vexatious litigant which will mean no more lawsuits for her.

We'll be watching and awaiting for the opinion to come out on papers. I do believe the court was going to give Orly one more chance to get out of this lawsuit before imposing sanctions on her. I also believe that she is lying to the court when she says that she will not be able to partake in the telephonic hearing.

Yesterday, Orly gave an interview to NBC even though she is very busy and doesn't have time to give inteviews because she's busy spreading bovine by product from her blog.

To celebrate the giving of the interview, she immediately did a search for "Orly Taitz" via Google and posted the following blog entry.

To see if this was true, I did a search and I get 475,000 results for "Orly Taitz". Just a bit shy of what she claims. So, I'm not sure the word is getting out.

 

But then, I say, let's have a little fun. What do you get if you search for "Orly Taitz Stupid"? Wow! 1,150,000 results!

 

 



Or how about "Orly Taitz Worst Attorney"? This surpasses even the standard search of "Orly Taitz"!

 

 

Yes, Orly, I would agree. The word is getting out that you're stupid.

Orly Taitz Disbarred and Delusions of Grandeur

Orly Taitz, the yet to be disbarred "attorney", has compared herself to many people of importance in her rants at her blog. Her latest really takes the cake. She has now compared herself to George Washington simply because she has spent her Christmas time harrassing court clerks and sending out invalid subpoenas.

She made this "Press Release" yesterday and the title is so long that it may not fit in this blog post but I'll use it anyway.

On Christmas day 1776 George Washington crossed the Delaware river and led the Continental army towards victory, which was the most precious Christmas gift ever given to the people of this nation. On Christmas day 2012 I am leading the battle with subpoenas to remove the foreign national, a citizen of Indonesia Barack Hussein Obama, a criminal with forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number out of the White House and bring back the freedoms which were won with blood and tears!!!

I am positive that Orly had this picture in her mind as she typed this "press release". The only difference was that she pictured herself in George Washington's place.

 

 

 

Those of you that support Orly Taitz please take a hint. She will never succeed in her Sisyphean quest because the courts can't decide what she wants decided. Sooner or later the courts are going to tire of Orly's antics and shut her down. Until that day, she will continue to keep us amused with her idiocy.

Orly Taitz Disbarred? Why not?

When I view the statistics for this blog, one of the search terms is "why has Orly Taitz not been disbarred". Seriously... Those words are typed into search engines and bring the searcher to this blog more than any other set of words sans "Orly Taitz disbarred".

My answer. I don't know. Orly Taitz should be disbarred. No one has a logical answer as to why she has not been disbarred. She has violated many of the rules for professional conduct of the California Bar and yet she remains with a license to puke all over the courts of this land.

If I didn't know better, I would think that we all really do live in a country that Orly wants this country to be. It's apparent that she misses her homeland of Russia because everything she is for and everything she wants this country to be represents the country she says she dislikes so much.

Orly Taitz Disbarred and Jailed

This is the future for Orly Taitz as she continues to file frivolous lawsuits throughout the country. It is apparent that the State of Mississippi isn't going to put up with her non-sense. She's practicing law without a license there. Same with Indiana. I predict that she will be having to ask her supporters to pay for her upcoming sanctions and maybe it is time she had to spend some time behind bars. After all, she is a 'political dissident' as she is always claiming in every batshit crazy lawsuit she files.

Orly Taitz Disbarred. Unable to Achieve a Pyrrhic Victory

A Pyrrhic victory (/ˈpɪrɪk/) is a victory with such a devastating cost to the victor that it carries the implication that another such victory will ultimately cause defeat.



As Orly Taitz, the yet to be disbarred and completely incompetent attorney, plods on in her Sisyphean quest to prove that President Obama isn't the legitimate president, it made me think of  King Pyrrhus of Epirus. King Pyrrhus had a victory against the Roman army. But the victory came at such a great loss that there was a question as to if the battle should have ever been fought at all.

Can Orly Taitz ever learn anything from her continuous streak of losses? I think not...

What is more likely is that a new term will be defined. I predict that an Orly Defeat will become the standard term to use when there's never any hope for a victory.





Orly Taitz Prepares Another Lawsuit

Orly Taitz Has Been Disbarred?

At this time, there is nothing to prove that Orly Taitz has been disbarred. And there's nothing to prove that she has not been disbarred. The question I have is this. If Orly Taitz has not been disbarred, why is she filing each of her cases pro se? (Actually, I know why she files her cases pro se. She's not able to get licensed to practice law in any other state than California with the law degree she got out of a Cracker Jack box and no attorney is willing to vouch for her so she can plead her cases pro hac vice elsewhere.)

Orly Taitz is always claiming that there is great public interest in President Obama's birth certificate. There is also proof that there is great public interest in Orly Taitz being disbarred. Where's the proof? The proof comes from the statistics of this blog.

Has Orly Taitz been disbarred and if she has why has she not admitted to being disbarred? Inquiring minds would like to know.

Orly Taitz Disbarred and Crash Landing in Hawaii

As was predicted, Orly Taitz and her 'experts' were denied access to the holy grail yesterday when she crash landed in Hawaii. At this point, Orly and her minions believe that a hearing scheduled for September, 14th 2011 to compel the HDOH will allow Orly to overcome that hurdle and finally allow her to prove, once and for all, that the birth certificate is a cheap forgery. It is unfortunate that people will continue to send her money and she will continue to dupe them into doing so. Once the judge gets up to speed on everything happening in the birferverse, the motion will be denied. It is even likely that Judge Lamberth will dismiss her case in the DC court prior to her hearing and that will make that motion moot.

Once again, the side show freak that is not a carnival barker has failed. Birfer tears will flow and Obots throughout the land will continue to laugh at their failures.

The only question remains is when will Orly Taitz be disbarred? Maybe never but she will eventually fade into obscurity and use her law license to defend herself against the numerous lawsuits against her for shoddy dental work. That's why she got her law license in the first place...

Orly Taitz Disbarred and Judge Lamberth's New Book

After having to deal with Orly Taitz on two different law suits, Judge Lamberth is now coming out with a new book titled Orly & Me - Life and Law With The World's Worst Attorney.

In a short telephone interview, Judge Lamberth said "this book will be about the irritating and unforgettable story of an attorney that didn't know the law and the wonderously stupid person who taught him what really matters in law". 

The book is expected to go on sale shortly. Watch for it at book stores near you.
